TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All who order products and services from Quickprints or through this website by their own actions agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. Quickprints reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time.

This website, its trademark and associated logos, may not be copied, imitated, reproduced, distributed, adapted or disassembled in any fashion without expressed written permission of Quickprints.
Quickprints reserves the right to refuse to print anything improper or known to be illegal. Quickprints is not liable for any damages resulting from violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names, slogans, photographs, graphics, original artwork or any creative work provided by the client to Quickprints will not assume the responsibility of checking the content of its client's submitted materials for copyright violations. The customer guarantees and is fully responsible for the legal title of all materials submitted to Quickprints for printing, design, web publishing or any other services that we may provide. Quickprints will not be held accountable for any illegal use of copyrighted material by its clients.
All who use this website understand and agree that all content/information (including but not limited to text, graphics, information and messages) are the responsibility of the sender of that content/information and not Quickprints Furthermore, they must understand that they are responsible for all information and content they acquire and/or use from Quickprints.

COLOR PROOFING & MATCHING
Quickprints cannot be held responsible for matching colors to how they appear on your computer screen. For color matching on graphics or backgrounds, please send CMYK or RGB color numbers. PDF proofs are provided to insure display layout, text accuracy, and image placement and proportion, but not color correctness. The appearance of printed colors may also be affected by UV coating, therefore, Quickprints cannot be held responsible for final color appearance of UV-
ORDERS & PROOFS
It is the client's responsibility to review the final proof and layout of all orders prior to actual printing. Note: PDF proofs are generated and sent normally within 1 to 2 business days from the time the order was entered and payment arranged. Please review your proof carefully prior to completing your order. Quickprints will not accept responsibility for submitted typographical errors, errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, graphics, fonts or content. If you find errors on your proof, reply with the corrections needed. The corrections will be made and another proof sent.
NOTE: Once the final proof has been approved by the client, no further changes can be made to the order. Because of the automation of our system, once the order has approved and submitted for print it may not be changed or cancelled.
Customers may cancel orders at any time prior to start of production. Once production has started all sales are final. If the order is cancelled before production has started but after it has been paid for, credit card fees may apply.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Quickprints will always strive to avoid any delays in production or shipping, however, we will not be held responsible for any consequences or damages due to delayed production or delivery. Our shipment and delivery dates are based upon estimates provided by our shipment suppliers. Quickprints will not be responsible for delays in shipments due to shipping company delays, weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Quickprints will strive to ensure that all delivery schedules are met in a timely manner. However, unexpected production or shipment delays may occur as a result of technical problems or equipment malfunction or failure. Rush charges/fees will be refunded or waived by Quickprints, where applicable, for a delay caused by technical difficulty.
SHIPPING ERRORS & LOST PACKAGES
In order to file a lost or damaged claim the following must apply: Claims can only be placed within 30 days from package shipment. Quickprints cannot be held responsible for shipping errors, delays or lost or damaged products due to 3rd party errors. In the case that a customer supplies the wrong address causing a package not to be delivered on time, Quickprints will reship the package (to the corrected address) with an additional shipping fee for the re-
LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY:
In no event will Quickprints be liable for any damages, including without limitation direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising in connection with this site or any linked site or use thereof or inability to use by any party, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system.
You agree to indemnify and hold Quickprints harmless from any and all claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of any of these terms and conditions or in connection with your use of this site. Quickprints reserves the right to refuse service to any party for any reason it deems fit.
The estimated turnaround time is based on the standard number of hours or days it takes to complete the same type of print job under normal circumstances, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Production turnaround for orders and/or proofs that are approved after 10:00 am is counted starting the next business day.
Note that transit time for shipping is always additional to production turnaround and it is therefore advised that this be taken into consideration upon placing the order.
While we exercise due diligence to meet your target finished date, unforeseen delays in delivery services, breakdown of equipment, illness, inclement weather and other occurrences may impact our ability to meet the deadline.

Please inform us as soon as possible if there is a delay in the proofs. We generally email proofs within 24 hours after artwork submission.
For approvals before 4 pm, turnaround time will begin on the same business day. However, if approval was made after 5 pm, it will be counted as approved for the next business day.
Please bear in mind that Turnaround Time only counts the production time of your product. This includes printing, cutting, folding and binding. It does not include mailing or shipping transit times. Only business days are counted. Weekends and holidays are not included in the production time.
